This role will be managing the process of new product development/ on-boarding and maintenance of Islamic Wealth Management products. ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Market AnalysisIdentify and closing product gaps against local market, conventional banks and other Islamic banks across the region. Plan and execute product strategy aligned with GIWM’s overall business goals. Analyze customer data to identify potential product enhancement and new market opportunities. Product Development and LaunchEstablish demand, viability and feasibility for new Islamic wealth products through actual survey with sales person and customers. Collaborate with GIWM and cross-functional teams to translate product vision into technical specifications.
Develop comprehensive product launch plans, including marketing materials, sales training, and distribution channels with IWM MY. Product Lifecycle ManagementMonitor product performance metrics (sales volume, customer usage, profitability) to identify areas for improvement. Implement product enhancements, updates, and feature releases based on customer feedback and market trends. Regulatory ComplianceEnsure product offerings comply with all relevant banking regulations and industry standardsMonitor regulatory changes and adapt product features accordinglyQualificationsDegree from any local or foreign universitiesExperience in Product Management, Portfolio Management, Sales Management, Business Development. 3-5 years of experience in Wealth product management & Islamic Banking
