Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute long-term technology strategies that align with the bank's goals and objectives. Drive the development of technology roadmaps that support business transformation, digital innovation, and competitive advantage. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor strategies. Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and potential risks in the technology landscape. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, product teams, and external partners. Communicate complex technology concepts in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Support the identification, prioritization, and execution of strategic technology initiatives. Oversee the development and progress of high-priority projects, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and the bank's overall strategy. Lead initiatives that foster a culture of innovation and agility within the technology department. Help ensure that technology-driven changes are effectively integrated into the organization's business processes and operations. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of strategic technology initiatives. Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to leadership based on data-driven insights. Job Requirements:

Minimum of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e. g. , Agile, Project Management, IT Strategy) are a plus. 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or business analysis (candidates with experience in the financial services industry are preferred). Proven track record of working on cross-functional projects, collaborating with senior leadership, and driving strategic initiatives. Familiarity with digital transformation, emerging technologies (e. g. , AI, cloud computing) and related processes surrounding these technologies, and their application in banking and financial services.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of technology trends and business needs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e. g. , Agile, Scrum, Lean).
