Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to achieve sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure. Collaborate closely with traders, structurers, and other stakeholders to ensure deals are well structured and compliant. Develop and implement marketing plans, including digital channels, to engage and expand the client base. Identify new investment opportunities through market research and competitor analysis. Prepare product materials and deliver training sessions to improve client understanding and sales effectiveness. Oversee regulatory filing and documentation to ensure compliance and facilitate successful product launches. Qualifications:

Over 6 years of experience in equity derivatives sales or related client-facing roles within financial services. Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships and lead sales teams effectively. Good understanding of equity-linked and derivative product structuring and market dynamics. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including middle office and structuring groups. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communicator and leader, capable of mentoring teams and driving results. Proficiency in English is required to support effective collaboration across regional and international teams.
