Job DescriptionA Mortgage Retention Specialist must be proactive and customer-focused. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging existing mortgage customers to retain their Mortgage by provide repricing options, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the mortgage lifecycle. Cross-selling will also be a part of a key-focus. Job Responsibilities Proactively contact existing mortgage customers approaching lock-in expiry or repricing eligibility Offer tailored solutions, including repricing or restructuring options Handle customer queries related to mortgage rates, terms, and account servicing Work closely with internal teams (e. g.
, Credit, Product, Sales) to support customer needs Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends Actively cross-sell relevant bank products and services to existing mortgage customers to increase overall product holding and deepen customer relationships Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirementsJob Skills Mortgage-Loans Communication SalesmanshipJob Requirements A recognised University Degree/Diploma Prior experience in property and/or consumer mortgage sectors is highly preferred Able to work with high volume under tight time-lines Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven Competent in managing internal stakeholders and Customers Candidates may be required to work overtime or on weekends Please note only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
