Department: International Engineering CollegeVacancy ID: 036423Closing Date: 29-Jul-2025We are seeking an experienced administrator / project manager to work in the Maynooth International Engineering College (MIEC). The MIEC offers four MU degree programmes in Fuzhou, China, in partnership with Fuzhou University. The role will require taking responsibility for the administrative processes of the MIEC and other potential transnational projects, engaging with the administrative functions in Maynooth University and Fuzhou University, ensuring compliance with financial and governance requirements in Ireland and China, and supporting staff in Ireland and China in the delivery of their academic programmes.

The successful candidate will act as a role model for leadership and continue the success of this established transnational education initiative. They will identify business risks and opportunities, and provide flexible, evidence-based, and innovative solutions that will deliver on targets. They will provide direction, support and leadership to the MIEC team to deliver on that vision. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, engaging with colleagues from many nationalities and may require occasional travel to China when conditions permit. SENIOR ADMINISTRATION IV Salary scale: €69,341 - €110,101 p. a.
