The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MBA entrance exam preparation, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. As an MBA Entrance Coach, you will provide personalized coaching, guidance, and support to students preparing for various MBA entrance exams. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality coaching sessions focused on MBA entrance exam preparation, including exams such as CAT, XAT, NMAT, and others. - Develop and implement customized study plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles. - Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. - Conduct mock tests and assessments to evaluate student readiness and identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated on the latest exam patterns, syllabus changes, and preparation strategies. - Collaborate with the UrbanPro team to enhance course materials and resources. - Provide motivation and support to students, helping them build confidence in their abilities. - Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline; an MBA is preferred. - Proven experience in coaching students for MBA entrance exams. - Strong understanding of the exam formats, question types, and preparation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to engage and motivate students effectively. - Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
