Position OverviewAt Hunter Douglas, we are looking for high-potential MBA graduates to join us. This full-time role begins with a four-month, high-visibility strategic project—personally sponsored by our Executive Leadership Team—that allows you to apply your skills to a real business challenge and make an immediate impact.Following the project, you will transition into a full-time role within the business that aligns with your skills and our strategic needs—giving you both the opportunity to learn our business and accelerate your career path with Hunter Douglas. This role is expected to commence in August 2026.What you'll doThree weeks of onboardingKick off of one week onboarding to meet with local teams and participate in targeted learning sessions to set you up for success. Global Induction at our HQ, offering an in-depth introduction to our company's strategy, culture, products, sales channels, and problem-solving approaches.Opportunities to connect with Senior Leaders and other MBA HiresTake ownership of a strategic project that drives measurable impact and aligns with our important business goalsAfter your four months is completed, you will be placed into an area of the business. Below are examples of projects that MBA Hires' have worked on in the past: Partnered with a large retailer to launch a new premium innovative shopping experience.
