We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take full responsibility for our trading activities as Head of Dealing. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role focused on executing and managing proprietary trading operations while ensuring full compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks (CySEC, FCA, MiFID II, etc. ). Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage the Company’s own-account trading activities efficiently and in line with regulatory and internal policies. Monitor market trends and major currency pairs to identify trading opportunities and manage risk exposure. Ensure compliance with execution and best interest policies, suggesting improvements where needed.
Prepare and deliver accurate trading reports and performance summaries for internal use and external stakeholders. Ensure smooth operation of trading platforms, systems, and related tools, addressing technical issues where necessary. Maintain communication with liquidity providers, data vendors, and trading partners to ensure optimal trading conditions. Support other departments (e. g. , client-facing teams, compliance, IT) with trading-related queries or needs. Stay up to date with financial market developments and regulatory changes affecting trading activity. Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;Solid experience in a trading or dealing role within a regulated financial institution (CySEC, FCA, or equivalent). Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms(MT4/MT5), and regulatory environments. Good understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in proprietary trading. Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
