Paraskevis & 99 Psaron 15231 HalandriDescriptionDue to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint two experienced Engineers with an M&E background or Civil & Structural background to train with us to become a Monitoring & Evaluation Project Lead on either a freelance or employed basis (negotiable). This person should have a proven experience in understanding and working on large scale developments and preferably PPPs in Greece and should have an ability and willingness to learn and meet new challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a mechanical, electrical or Civil & structural degree and good understanding on how contracts are structured and projects are evaluated based on site progress. Acting on behalf of our customers (Greek & International Banks) who provide funding for commercial developments, PPPs or Concessions, your role will be to independently assess infrastructure projects from a cost and feasibility perspective and act as a trusted advisor to confirm milestones and authorise budgets as the builds progress (inception to completion).

Key ResponsibilitiesTo support the Directors / Associate Directors in their day-to-day activities, diary management etc and to support the team on the admin side of deliverables on various jobs as agreed with Directors / Associate Directors. To organise travel for the Team of the GRE Office. To use a range of software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the GRE Office. To manage online and paper filing systems. To record office expenditure and manage the procurement of equipment and office stationery supplies.

To track business expenditure via UNIT 4 (in-house ERP system), allocate incurred costs to the various Projects and invoicing to Clients. To liaise with the Finance Team in the London Office and manage the successful implementation and use of UNIT 4 for all Employees of the GRE Office. To support the Finance Team based in London, UK with UNIT 4 activities. To open new jobs on the PSA (in-house CRM system). To assist with logging invoices on UNIT 4. To assist with chasing bad debt as a first attempt. To collate time sheets and expenses.

To liaise with the Quality Assurance Team in the London Office and maintain compliance for, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems. To keep the office tidy and maintain supplies of stationery and toners. To maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs and maintenance activities. To support where required the coordination of diaries for meetings (internal & external). To promote staff development and training. To implement and promote equality and diversity policy. To review reports prepared by the Engineers of the GRE Office to ensure compliance with the McBains templates and standards.

To assist in the preparation of presentations by the Senior Management. To respond to customer enquiries and complaints as directed by the Directors / Associate Directors. To review and maintain health and safety policies and ensure they're observed. To check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policies. To attend training, as appropriate. To liaise and cooperate with the Marketing Team in the London office to update the Greek website and maintain current capability statements and the management social media from a GRE angle.
