What you will do: Lead the use of business analytics tools to deliver diagnostics, forecasting, and risk assessments. Conduct macro and microeconomic analysis to guide strategic direction. Deliver business reviews and post-diagnostic analysis to measure performance impact.

Maintain competitive intelligence dashboards and translate business data into actionable strategies. Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and other departments to identify business opportunities and develop aligned strategies. Work with the Data & Analytics (DNA) team to develop planning and insighting solutions. Manage and execute business strategy projects, and represent Strategy & Insights in cross-functional engagements. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or Computer Science with strong commercial/finance or data science exposure. 3–5 years of experience in business strategy, analytics, or data-driven roles. Proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau/Power BI, and other BI tools.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a structured approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
