What you will do:

Responsible for the construction and renovation of restaurantsInspects construction jobsite and evaluates contractors’ progress of work against agreed schedule while conducting cost evaluation of additive and deductive worksEvaluates and endorses contractors’ billings for timely processing and release of paymentEnsures quality control standards by regularly conducting jobsite meetings with the stakeholders and supervises testing of plumbing, electrical and mechanical installationEnsures timely completion and handover of the projectBuilds and maintains a positive working relationship with the team, cross-functional departments, and other stakeholders Owner Operators, contractors and suppliers What we are looking for:

Fluent in Cebuano or BisayaAt least 5 years experience; Must have an experience on construction jobsite management.
