As a Talent Acquisition Intern under Talent Attraction, you’ll engage in a hands-on learning opportunity to develop practical skills relevant to Recruitment & Selection and receive comprehensive trainings, ensuring a deep understanding on talent acquisition. What should you expect:
Support the sourcing process by identifying and attracting top talents through various channels. Assist in reviewing and parsing incoming resumes to help build a strong candidate pipeline. Provide assistance during Talent Attraction events. Propose talent pooling and recruitment strategies to enhance candidate attraction. Maintain and update contact databases for partnership purposes. Actively connect with new universities and strengthen existing relationships to expand our network of academic partners nationwide. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related course. Must be a 3rd year or 4th year student;Open for Voluntary or Required Internship.
