As a Treasury Intern under Billing and Collections Team, you will have the opportunity to develop essential financial skills while gaining practical experience in treasury functions. What should you expect:
Handle validation of McDonald's Gift Certificates (GC), promotional cards, and other marketing tie-up tasks. Be trained in creating Credit Memos and recording entries in SAP. Support the preparation of Requests for Payment and manage tasks within the Vendor Portal. Assist in transmitting Credit Memos to franchise stores and those with account reconciliations. Assist in validating and preparing entries and schedules for BIR Form 2307, related to taxes withheld. Gain hands-on experience in the billing process, including the preparation, review, and reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and alignment with financial records. Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related course. Must be a 3rd-year or 4th-year student. Open for voluntary or required internships.
