About the RoleThe Construction Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of McDonald’s store and office construction projects. This includes preparing technical reports, coordinating site surveys, managing equipment and installation processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and evaluating contractor performance. The role plays a key part in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. ResponsibilitiesPrepare soil test requirements and initiate purchase requests. Create site survey reports based on store type (Free Standing or Food Court).
Support construction activities to align with RICC’s strategic goals. Monitor and ensure completion of store and office construction projects. Conduct facility testing post-construction to ensure quality and budget compliance. Oversee interior, exterior, and equipment installations. Schedule and conduct store closings; audit and report findings. Enforce corporate standards with suppliers and contractors. Coordinate with consultants on project drawings. Evaluate contractor and supplier performance against set criteria.
