Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talent brand marketing professional to join a global insurance firm and lead it's Group Brand and Marketing division. You'll be in charge of driving the brand's evolution and deliver customer-centric marketing strategies across Asia. What You’ll Do: Shape Digital Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a bold digital brand and marketing strategy, optimizing performance, amplifying social media engagement, and expanding our reach. Drive Brand Clarity:

Lead a transformative initiative to ensure our brand shines clearly at every customer touchpoint—think websites, policies, claims, and beyond—creating compelling experiences for customers and partners. Unify Regional Efforts: Guide country-level teams to align their digital and marketing strategies with our global vision. Craft Seamless Experiences: Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver consistent, impactful brand experiences across advertising, digital platforms, product materials, and customer communications. Simplify Communications: Champion our customer-first, clear, and accessible communication approach across all touchpoints. Optimize Budgets: Manage regional marketing budgets to meet business goals and boost brand awareness. Safeguard Brand Assets:

Collaborate with legal teams to protect our brand and intellectual property portfolio across Asia. Who you are: You’re a strategic, innovative leader passionate about building brands and driving customer impact. Success means: Transforming our brand into a market leader. Using data-driven insights to fuel engagement and growth. Leveraging deep insurance expertise to realize our bold brand vision. Keeping our brand relevant by embracing global and regional trends. Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent actuarial/insurance expertise). 10+ years in insurance, with significant experience in branding, marketing, or communications.

Developing customer-focused marketing communications. Applying design-thinking principles. Leading large-scale, innovative campaigns. Driving transformation and change management. Managing budgets and working across Asian markets and cultures. In-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry. Fluent in English and Chinese is a must. Sounds like you?
