CRM and Customer Engagement: Leverage CRM systems, particularly Braze, to analyze customer data, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance customer journey experiences. Utilize Braze to design, execute, and analyze personalized marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal customer engagement and retention. Analyze customer data within Braze to segment audiences, track campaign performance, and derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.
Candidate RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a digital, marketing, or technology-driven environment.
