Your ImpactYou will be part of a dynamic and energetic Assistants Team based in the Amsterdam office.
As an Executive Assistant, you will proactively manage your Partners’ calendars and travel arrangements, provide broad administrative support, manage incoming communications, and prioritize emails to help organize and leverage time effectively. You will also drive ad hoc tasks of various sizes and complexity. You will work closely with two of our Senior Partners, providing dedicated support, proactively organizing and managing their complex workday, and creating close meaningful external relations. You will be in daily contact with national and international colleagues and clients, as well as planning internal and external events.
You will build effective and collaborative relationships with the ecosystem of your supported colleagues (e. g. , leadership, relevant internal/external groups) and leverage these to deliver on your daily tasks. You will serve as a liaison/representative to your supported colleagues’ clients, client assistants, internal colleagues, other assistants, and departments. You will actively participate in local and firm-wide initiatives as well as in team meetings and training sessions.
