Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of strategies that enhance employee development, organizational effectiveness, and performance. This role focuses on building individual and organizational capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and supporting strategic transformation initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Develop and implement comprehensive learning and organizational development strategies to meet current and future organizational needs. Align learning and development initiatives with the organization’s strategic objectives and business goals. Provide strategic direction for employee development and organizational effectiveness, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Design and implement development programs, including performance management, employee development, and succession planning. Develop and deliver leadership development programs to build a strong leadership pipeline. Implement talent assessment tools and processes to identify high-potential employees and support their career growth. Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key metrics and provide insights into learning and development activities. Evaluate data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand their development and organizational needs and provide strategic HR support.

Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on learning and organizational development issues. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the HR department and other business units. Supervises, monitors, trains, evaluates, and provides corrective guidance to personnel, ensuring they fulfill their work plans, perform their essential functions, and adhere to the company’s policies, standards, norms, and procedures. Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. At least seven (7) years of experience in talent acquisition and/or talent management, with at least four (4) years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of talent management strategies, processes, and best practices. “Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements. ”Certifications / Licenses: N/AOther:

Knowledge of quality standards, theories, procedures, techniques, organizational development strategies, training, and personnel management. Knowledge of program planning and development needs analysis and facilitation. Strong understanding of talent management strategies, processes, and best practices.
