Job Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Responsible for ensuring the effective coordination and execution of the Foundation’s program initiatives and branding efforts. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of the MCS Foundation, this role plays a critical part in translating strategic objectives into actionable plans. The Program Director ensures that all program activities are efficiently deployed, aligned with the Foundation’s mission, and deliver measurable impact and branding. Server as a key operational partner; this role monitors progress, supports cross-functional collaboration, and upholds accountability for results across all programmatic efforts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Collaborate with the MCS Foundation Executive Director to develop, execute, and oversee program plans, timelines, and budgets, following the Foundation's goals and pillars. • Support the deployment of funds, resources, and initiatives in alignment with operational goals and donor commitments. • Coordinate with program partners, grantees, and internal teams to ensure smooth program delivery, maximize Foundation branding, and resolve operational challenges. • Monitor program performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and communicate progress to the Executive Director. • Assist in developing and refining program policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance implementation quality. • Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, lessons learned, and impact assessments.

• Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. • Contribute to the evaluation of program outcomes and recommend strategic adjustments for continuous improvement. • Support capacity-building efforts for staff and partners involved in program implementation. • Perform other duties as assigned to advance the Foundation’s mission and strategic goals. MINIMUN QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or community development. OrEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in commercial business leadership, fundraising, or community development. “Proven experience may be replaced by previously established requirements. ”Certifications / Licenses: N/ALanguages: Spanish – Advanced (comprehensive, writing, and verbal)English – Advanced (comprehensive, writing, and verbal)
