RegularExemptGENERAL DESCRIPTION: Performs quantitative analysis of products and sales. Analyzes claims from agents and/or agencies and recommends actions according to the results of the study. Works and generates standardized reports created for the department, according to the operational needs of sales and audits, for internal use by the department. Ensures that the information provided is accurate, complete, and precise according to the specifications requested. Utilizes standardized tools, methodologies, and business processes to improve operational efficiency. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Works with various internal and external data sources, creating reports to collect, analyze, and monitor the quality of sales and retention of independent agents (IAs) or agencies. Analyzes sales, and performance records and interprets sales channel results to identify and communicate discrepancies in sales reports from Independent Agents and/or agencies to minimize errors and process payments. Provides support to agents and/or agencies, if necessary, in the validations required for the orientation and/or enrollment process. Collects sales results data to prepare audit and analysis reports to validate and determine the sale award.
Makes recommendations in the sales award process based strictly on documentation of the company's various applicable systems and databases. Assists the management with different reports and analyses for the sales team. Provides support in preparing presentations tied to sales reports and audits on the work plan of the sales team of independent agents. Reconciles the management report to validate the information with the database and send it to the departments. Share the sales results obtained by the Independent Agents according to operational needs. Shares sales and audit results with agencies for the Career agents' pay run.
Realizes performance analysis of Career Agents on tier contracts and data collection for monitoring metrics. Validates the enrollment report submitted for sales reconciliation. Support in agent meetings held to clarify doubts about audit results, as required by the management. Share with the management the analysis of submitted claims. Maintains system and process documentation to help drive data integrity and department standard procedures. Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, with local and federal laws as well as with the regulations applicable to our Industry, to maintain appropriate business and employment practices.
May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned, according to the requirements of education and experience contained in this document. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related areas.
