About The JobWe’re looking for a dependable, hands-on Fleet Mechanic to join our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance and basic repairs on our company vehicles to ensure they stay safe, reliable, and ready to work.Our fleet includes tractor trailers, light-duty trucks, vans, pickups, etc. This position is ideal for someone with general mechanical knowledge, who takes pride in keeping vehicles in top shape.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, brake inspections, etc.Conduct basic repairs on engines, brakes, electrical systems, and drivetrainsDiagnose mechanical issues and recommend solutionsMaintain accurate service records and follow scheduled maintenance plansInspect vehicles for wear, damage, or safety concernsKeep the shop clean and organizedEnsure all work complies with safety standards and company policiesRequirements1+ year of experience as an automotive or fleet mechanic (or similar role)Basic knowledge of gas and/or diesel enginesAbility to use hand tools, diagnostic tools, and equipmentValid driver’s license (CDL is a plus, but not required)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying conditionsReliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications (Not Required)ASE CertificationsExperience working with fleet vehiclesWelding or fabrication skillsCDL LicenseBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth benefits (if applicable)Paid time off / holidaysStable, full-time workOpportunities for growth and advancementHow To ApplyPlease submit your resume or a brief summary of your experience.
