Headquartered in Dublin, the company is known for its high-quality, client-focused project delivery and is expanding rapidly in the European market.Overview We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to join the on-site team in Helsinki. In this role, you will oversee the full mechanical scope of construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, project schedules, and client expectations. You will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver HVAC and pipework systems to the highest standards.ResponsibilitiesManage client communications and coordinate pipework installation sequencingPrepare method statements and risk assessments for HVAC construction activitiesOversee technical procurement and commercial validation of project scopeSupport documentation and costing of scope changes and monthly valuationsMaintain labour levels in line with project schedules and two-week lookaheadsEnsure compliance with health & safety standards and promote safe working practicesConduct regular reviews to improve safety and maintain high housekeeping standardsSkills & RequirementsRelevant mechanical qualification (e.g., B.Eng, City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC, NVQ)Experience in mechanical and electrical contracting environmentsData centre project experience is an advantageStrong organisational, communication, and time management skills
