About the roleWe are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our talented team at Formulatrix Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge special purpose machines that are crucial to our client's manufacturing operations. Based in Central Java, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and innovative company.What you'll be doingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative special purpose machinesEvaluate ideas and designs for technical feasibility and cost-efficiency.Support the machine after it's up and running, troubleshoot and fine-tune as needed.Help manage project schedules, budgets, and coordinate with external vendors or suppliers.What we are looking forPrevious industry experience on mechanical/mechatronics is appreciated, fresh grads are welcome.Has experience in mechanism design (motion analysis, kinematic concepts, machine elements)Has experience in manufacturing a mechanical instruments/robotic.Skilled in debugging issues in mechatronic systems.Accurate, attention to detail, tactful, and a fast learner are a must.Have superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem-solving skills.Willing to work in Salatiga.Nice to haveHas experience in building special purpose machines / fully automated machines / high precision parts / heat exchange devicesHas experience in injection plastic processes.Good knowledge of plastic materials and sheet metal.Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.What we offerAt Formulatrix Indonesia, we are dedicated to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
