We collaborate closely with our Australian partners to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions for diverse projects.Delivery of mechanical services design documentation, including heat, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential, institutional, industrial, and commercial projectsspanning from concept design through to final deliveryRead and interpret design manuals effectively and apply project-specific design guidelinesPerform HVAC system design calculations using CAMEL and other relevant software toolsPrepare concept sketches and markups using BluebeamEnsure all designs meet Australian Standards, and align with project budgets, schedules, and quality expectationsManage projects, including time and cost control, deliverables tracking, client liaison, and coordination with the project teamCollaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomesProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior or less experienced team membersProactively identify and implement opportunities for improvement across design, process, and team efficiencyQualificationsBachelors Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 4 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering for Building Services, with at least 3 years in technical design roles focused on HVAC systemspreferably within the Australian marketProven Australian work experience with a strong understanding of local codes, including the National Construction Code (NCC) and other relevant Australian StandardsAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD and strong knowledge of design tools such as CAMEL, and other relevant software toolsExcellent communication and report writing skills in English, both written and oralStrong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and advise clients, contractors, and project stakeholders confidentlyDemonstrated ability to manage competing project priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetComfortable working in a collaborative, remote team setup with a stable internet connection and dedicated home workspaceWHY JOIN US?Work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global teamCompetitive salary based on experience and skillsHMO CoverageProfessional growth and development opportunitiesParticipate in meaningful projects that shape the future of the industryCollaborative, supportive, and inclusive work cultureExposure to exciting and challenging assignmentsInterested?
