Mechanical Design Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AutoCAD and Inventor, mechanical design principles, and quality management of welded steel constructions.Responsibilities:Develop and design mechanical, components, and equipment for power generation projects using AutoCAD and Inventor.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and manufacturing personnel, to ensure design feasibility and compliance with specifications.Conduct detailed analyses and calculations to ensure structural integrity, reliability, and safety of the designed components.Prepare detailed technical drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications for manufacturing and construction purposes.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and technologies related to mechanical design in the power generation sector.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in mechanical design and quality management of welded steel constructions, preferably in the power generation industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Inventor and other relevant design software.Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.Knowledge of international standards and codes relevant to quality management in the power generation sector (e.g., ISO 9001, ASME, AWS).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.SEAWAY Technologies GmbH offers a competitive salary package, opportunities for professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.
