Whether you're developing new products or enhancing existing ones, your contributions will help Komatsu deliver smarter, safer, and more efficient solutions.If you’re passionate about engineering excellence and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is your opportunity to make a lasting mark.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDesign & InnovationDevelop mechanical systems using SolidWorks and CAD tools Simulate performance using Ansys and other modeling software Create 3D layouts, drawings, and schematics for parts and assemblies Select components and materials based on performance, cost, and manufacturability Testing & ValidationDefine testing criteria and validation methods aligned with industry standards Conduct system testing and troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic tools Prepare detailed documentation including engineering calculations, FEA and CFD reports Collaboration & SupportParticipate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives Support production teams during equipment builds Assist aftermarket and field teams with commissioning and troubleshooting Compliance & SafetyEnsure designs meet Komatsu’s safety policies and applicable regulations Identify and report unsafe work habits and promote safer solutions Maintain quality standards and seek opportunities to improve work outputQualifications/RequirementsBachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or C.Eng.
