included sheet metal parts design, change tracking, search of alternatives, search of new components based on new customer requirements for control cabinets, controllers. Correct and appropriate implementation and design preparation, development of complex (sub-) systems and coordination of their development. Create/modify parts: Aluminum diecasting parts, 2D/3D drawings and models. Technical design of functions, definition of their architecture and technical decision-making. Create/modifyparts for robots: Cable holding and general parts for robot cable elements.
Independent full responsibility and coordination of more complex product-level technical projects and services, estimating, breaking down and prioritizing task packages, taking into account technical dependencies. Controlled and accurate delivery of projects. Create/modify BOM: Main and sub levels according to a manufacturing area. BOM list in SAP and ECTR. Create/modify CN: create a change number for a design levels. Create/modify assembly drawings and parts lists (2D, 3D): for control cabinets, controllers. Requirements analysis and preparation of technical solutions, feasibility study and implementation. Change management: based on development, customer and production changes. Production support. Tests:
IP, shock test, prototype tests of control cabinets, controllers. Fulfil Approvals, standards for designed products. Customer consultations: internal and external of the company regarding todevelopment. Simulations: heat and stress simulations of control cabinets, controllers. Application RequirementsWhat you need to succeedBachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering,3+ years of experience in Hardware Development,Knowledge of SAP, NX, MS Office, Azure, Polarion,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Excellent oral and written communication skills,Good written and verbal communication in English, German is a plus.
