About the RoleMechanical DraftsmanFig Advisory | North EDSA, Manila - ONSITE (Non Negotiable)THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE.PHP: 28k - 40k PHP + BonusWe are hiring a Mechanical Draftsman to support an Australian-based project. You will be working onsite from our Quezon City office as part of the Fig Advisory team, delivering drafting and documentation services for commercial and residential mechanical projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & DraftingPrepare detailed mechanical services drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems).Produce accurate and coordinated shop drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation.Apply engineering principles to support system design and layout development for commercial HVAC systems.Incorporate markups, design changes, and feedback efficiently and accurately.Quality Assurance & CoordinationReview and perform QA checks on internal and subcontracted drawings prior to submission.Conduct clash detection between mechanical and other building services (electrical, hydraulic, fire, structural, architectural).Ensure all design documentation aligns with Client’s QA procedures and project standards.Assist in developing and maintaining drafting and QA standards across the business.Compliance & Technical AccuracyVerify all designs and drawings comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards, and project-specific requirements.Support the mechanical engineer with technical documentation, system design verification, and design calculations. Collaboration & DeliveryWork closely with the mechanical engineer, project managers, and site teams to ensure design intent is met.Support coordination with consultants, builders, and subcontractors when required.Meet project deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.Ideal Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in MEP or building services draftingProficient in Simpro, AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is an advantageFamiliarity with Australian NCC, BCA, or AS/NZS standards is a plus (training provided)Strong attention to detail and time managementExperience with commercial or residential projects, ideally across APAC or international clientsExperience in creating Life Cycle Reports Experience in creating Dilapidation and Condition reportsWhat We OfferCompetitive monthly salaryLong-term, stable employment on a growing Australian-based accountFull onboarding and workstation setup from day oneSupport from our on-site Operations Manager and HR teamClear communication structure with your client and feedback processes in placeCareer growth potential in a professional and values-driven environmentThis is an onsite role based in Quezon City.Join a team committed to quality, professionalism, and delivering real value on global projects.Apply now.
