Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.5–10+ years of experience in tissue/paper mills or from Machinery Equipment industryHands-on experience with tissue machine mechanical systems and converting lines.CertificationsCMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional).Safety certifications: NEBOSH/IOSH (preferred).Training in vibration analysis and alignment techniques.
