The jobAs a Mechanical Engineer at Anteryon, you play a key role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our high-precision manufacturing processes. You will bridge the gap between R&D, engineering, and production, ensuring that new products and processes meet our high standards for quality, precision, and efficiency.You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating closely with production teams, mechanical engineers, and quality specialists to continuously improve and innovate our manufacturing capabilities.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop, document, and optimize production and machining processes for complex optical and mechanical componentsAnalyze process performance and implement improvements to increase yield, reduce cycle time, and enhance stabilityEvaluate and design new CNC tools, fixtures, waxes, and process materials to enhance accuracy and throughputCollaborate with R&D and engineering to ensure a seamless design-to-manufacturing transitionTroubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions using data-driven methodologiesWe are looking forA university degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, or Industrial Engineering)3 to 8 years of experience in a high-tech or precision manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of machining processes (drilling, milling, grinding) and 5-axis manufacturingExperience with CAM programming (preferably Esprit) Experience with CAD modeling (preferably Inventor)Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a hands-on approachExcellent communication and teamwork skills in English (Dutch is a strong plus)Knowledge or experience in glass or ceramics processing is a definite advantageWe offerA competitive salary depending on experience,25 vacation days and 5 additional leave days (with the option to purchase up to 8 extra days),The opportunity to work at a highly innovative company where you learn something new every day,An extensive benefits package, including a generous pension plan and vitality program,Employee events organized by our Culture Club.The role is based in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.Do you want to join a dynamic, specialized and innovative company?
