We look forward to welcoming you to the team.What You Will DoMake conceptual designs and drive the development of new products and solutions for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate closely with project managers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer projects.Take on a technical project role, overseeing and creating designs and verification of winches and handling equipment.Provide engineering support across manufacturing, purchasing, testing, and quality assurance activities.Support our sales organization with solutions and offers for customersWhat We Are Looking ForA motivated, innovative engineer who enjoys solving complex challenges and pushing technology forwardAn individual that is responsible, take initiative and produce imaginative solutionsStrong communication and teamwork skills to succeed in a collaborative environmentA person that is aware of own strengths and limitations, pursue learning and career development opportunitiesThis employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.
