The company will continue to take on the challenge of creating world-class experiences that consistently exceed the expectations of its guests.-------------【 Job Description】-------------【JOB SUMMARYy」●Provide technical support to vendors and internal personnel for mechanical and structural redesign of our attraction facilities.●Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and implement approval procedures for redesigns to restore downtime.●Mechanical and structural redesign and development of theme park attraction equipment【ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES】●Responsible for basic redesign and development to improve the reliability and operation of the Ride & Show system.●Improve the safety and reliability of the mechanical/structural systems of the Ride & Show system.●Work to improve operational readiness, mechanical/structural diagnostics and maintainability.・Prepared books of work for engineering projects.・Create and implement acceptance testing procedures for modifications to mechanical systems・Develop maintenance procedures and update manuals・Develop and implement training plans for mechanical/structural equipment maintenance・Work with ride supervisors and managers to resolve problems and design issues・Coordinate engineering response with ride operations managers and maintenance personnel-------------【 Requirements】-------------【Required】Experience with any of the following.●3-5 years of experience in mechanical/structural design related to dynamic motion (mobile) systems and components●4-6 years of experience due to high analytical ability to design, analyze, test and implement changes in mechanical, structural, hydraulic and pneumatic systems【Academic Background】●Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in engineering, mechanical, structural or civil engineering or related field.●Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, structural or civil engineering or related field preferred.【Preferred】●Certificates for Engineers including Japanese PE, Assistance PE, PE, FE●CAE Certification●Welding Coordinator●Certificate of Inspecting Elevators【Ideal Applicants】●Aggressive, willing to learn and gain experience.●Able to draw certain conclusions about issues on their own--------------------------------------------------【Working Time 】Flextime System【Holidays / Vacations】■120 days off per year (average 10 days per month)■Annual paid leave (10 days in the first year, maximum 20 days)■Parental leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, etc.【Welfare】■Loan of uniform■Social insurance (employment, workers' compensation, health, employee pension)■Group life insurance■LTD (Long-Term Dependent Term (LTD) insurance system■Defined contribution pension plan■Retirement allowance system■Free theme park invitations and discount tickets distributed■Discounted movie and concert tickets■Free DVD rental■Crew café■Various educational support■In-house communication (in-house SNS, in-house magazines, etc.)■Numerous in-house events-------------------------------------------------------------------------
