We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to perform the following activities:The candidate will work in team to complete the mechanical design of a new Electro Mechanical Medical Device interfacing directly with the Customer. Work in cross-functional teams with New Product Introduction, Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, Testing EngineerWork within the project team adopting time and cost effective solutionsProvide high quality technical reports supported by simulations and/or lab testsInvestigate new technologies and trends with close relationship with vendorsParticipate in design reviewsQualificheWhat are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Educational background within Mechanical Engineering – MSc degree or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience developing Medical Devices or Combination Products on a detailed level. Knowledge for dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T is appreciated)CREO and/or SolidWorks Statistical Tolerance AnalysisDesign for Manufacturing e.g. parts for Injection Molding, High Volume ManufacturingDesign for AssemblyGood Documentation and manufacturing PracticeDesign Control and Risk ManagementDesign Verification, V&V and Process ValidationMeasurement Strategy and Control Strategy for High Volume ProductionPrototyping and production of test samplesSoft skills: Strong communicationProblem solving Goal-oriented approach Self-Driven Proactive to solution Teamwork, collaborative mindsetLanguages: Italian (Fluent) English (fluent, oral and written) Informazioni aggiuntiveWhy would you take the plunge?
