Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

The Greek leading Biscuits & Bakery company Ε.J. PAPADOPOULOS S.A.is seeking to employ an experienced, driven & committed:Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Athens Plantto join our Plant Maintenance Team, reporting to Maintenance Supervisor.The role:Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the support/resolution of equipment failures and deficiencies during the production process, based on Plant’s technical needsParticipates in regular preventive maintenance actions, proposes solutions and makes corrective actions focusing on optimal equipment operationContributes to the upgrading of technical facilities and equipment and being part of several projects with the aim of increasing the efficiency of the production processProposes corrective and improvement actions related to production equipment and processesResearch constantly innovative methods to apply best practices across the production facilityWhat you will bring:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering Min of 2-3 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in food industry:(Installing and maintaining mechanical systems or equipment used in industrial environments)Advanced verbal and written communication skills (in Greek and in English)Computer literacy, including use of standard MS Office applications and SAPTeam spirit and strong working ethicsAttention to detail with problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work on three different shiftsMilitary Service fulfilled (if applicable)
