Mechanical & Piping Superintendent - Ref. JOB-1482OverviewAs part of a strategic decarbonization project located in Rozenburg, the Netherlands, we are looking for a Mechanical & Piping Superintendent to join our site team.You will be responsible for supervising the installation of industrial equipment (pressure vessels, site-assembled cooling towers, skids) and piping systems, from delivery on site through to blowing, construction, and pre-commissioning phases.This is a key technical and managerial role, requiring strong supervision of subcontractors, interdisciplinary coordination, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule standards.YOUR MISSIONSSupervise mechanical and piping works.Manage subcontractors and interfaces with other disciplines.Monitor planning, progress, and key project milestones.Validate inspection plans and ensure work quality.Manage documentation, non-conformities, and reporting.Control quantities, invoicing, and cost forecasts.Your ExperienceAt least 10 years’ experience supervising mechanical and piping works on large-scale industrial projects.Proven experience in piping systems for critical services (oxygen and hydrogen).Solid background in subcontractor coordination and multidisciplinary project management.YOUR PROFILETechnical background in mechanical or industrial piping.Strong expertise in mechanical assembly and industrial piping installation.Natural leadership, discipline, autonomy, anticipation skills, and strong communication.Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.Ability to thrive in a multicultural and performance-driven environment.MANDATORY CERTIFICATIONSWorking at heightsConfined space entryVCA-VOL (safety certification for managers and supervisors in the Netherlands)ALDEBARAN GroupALDEBARAN Group operates in the energy and infrastructure sectors, supporting clients in France and internationally.
