We're Hiring: Mechanical Production Manager📍 Location: İzmir | Full-time | On-site🔧 Industry: Smart Home Technologies / High-Tech Hardware DevelopmentCore, a globally recognized brand exporting to over 40 countries, is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Production Manager to join our R&D-driven team. As a certified R&D center by the Turkish Ministry of Industry, we develop innovative, high-end smart home systems for luxury residential and commercial projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end mechanical design processes: 3D modeling, prototyping, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and mass production readinessOversee in-house and outsourced production operations, ensuring scalability, quality, and cost efficiencyDevelop and implement production strategies in line with lean manufacturing principlesCollaborate cross-functionally with electronics development team and other project teams throughout product development cyclesEnsure design files, technical documentation, and BOMs (Bill of Materials) are consistently up to date and production-readyManage mechanical team members and contribute to talent development within the departmentRequired Qualifications:B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related fieldsMinimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design and manufacturing, including CNC machiningHands-on expertise in vertical CNC machining centers, preferably in aluminum and brass part productionSolid understanding of CAM programming, cutting tools, and fixture designProficiency in CAD programming tools; knowledge of GD&T and tolerance analysisHands-on experience with plastic injection molding, sheet metal forming, and related tooling processesStrong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and ERP systemsExcellent problem-solving skills and technical documentation abilitiesFluent in Turkish, with working proficiency in EnglishWhy Core?Join a rapidly growing technology company shaping the future of smart living.
