Mechanical Project Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to join the team of our partner. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on engineering expertise, and the ability to manage projects from design to delivery.Role OverviewAs a Project Engineer, your main responsibility will be to communicate with clients and sales representatives to understand project requirements, design and oversee projects and production workflows using SOLIDWORKS and ERP systems, and ensure on-time delivery in compliance with quality standards. You will also lead junior engineers, prepare and update onboarding documentation, maintain data flow in ERP, and create visible workflow diagrams to support clarity in processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects end-to-end, ensuring quality and timely deliveryCommunicate with clients to understand needs and integrate them into projectsDesign projects in SOLIDWORKS and prepare detailed production documentationCreate and integrate production flowcharts into ERP systemsEnsure accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) in ERPConduct or outsource FEA, thermal, fluid mechanics, and fatigue analysesPerform project cost estimations and prepare costings for RFQsLead and mentor junior engineers, supporting their developmentPrepare onboarding documentation for new engineersReport current production status to managementImplement Kanban or Scrum practices into the teamApply Kaizen methodology to improve workflowsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of experiencePreferably experienced in cement/concrete machinery or heavy industrial machineryProficient in SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCADStrong command of English (written and spoken)Demonstrated leadership skills, collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and ability to make independent decisionsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently, including active involvement at project sitesMilitary service completed (for male candidates)What We OfferThe opportunity to take ownership of projects from design to deliveryA dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can apply modern engineering practices (Kaizen, Scrum, Kanban)A leadership role where you can mentor junior engineers and directly impact business success
