Mechanical Project Manager

Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).Typically 15 to 20 years of mechanical construction/project execution experience in the GCC region (UAE, Abu Dhabi) in oil & gas / industrial / fabrication environment.Proven track record of managing mechanical scope for large-scale industrial or oil & gas projects (fabrication, piping, equipment installation).Strong knowledge of mechanical systems: piping, pressure vessels, pumps/compressors, supports, structural interfaces, MRO commissioning.Experience in contract management, cost control, procurement of mechanical materials, variation management.Excellent leadership, coordination, communication skills; ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on site under challenging conditions.Familiar with UAE codes/regulations and authority approvals; familiarity with ADNOC or similar major client requirements is a plus.Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera) and document control systems.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are advantageous.
