Mechanical/Electrical Site Coordinator10-Month Contract - PolandCAPEX MISSIONI’m supporting a global engineering partner delivering a major CAPEX project for a leading Automation client in Poland subcontracted on a facility wide mechanical installation project. We’re looking for a Mechanical/Electrical Site Coordinator to oversee daily mechanical + electrical installations on site.What you’ll do: • Coordinate mechanical and electrical installation works • Supervise subcontractors on site • Oversee mechanical equipment connections to electrical cables • Review drawings, control quality, track progress • Support CAPEX delivery with possible continuation into OPEX phaseWhat you need: • 5+ years in site coordination (70% mechanical / 30% electrical) • Strong background in industrial, pharma, or heavy-duty construction • Ability to supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance • Experience with mechanical + electrical integration AND installation • Polish or English language skills are a must
