It protects and guarantees work conditions that respect individual dignity, while promoting a collaborative, harmonious, fair, and supportive work environment.Purpose of the position:  To supervise and coordinate all mechanical maintenance or construction activities, ensuring that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and company standards.How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:Supervise daily mechanical activities related to equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection. Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) rules and procedures at all times. Review and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications. Plan and allocate manpower, tools, and materials required for mechanical tasks. Monitor progress and ensure mechanical work is completed according to quality and schedule requirements. Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, piping, instrumentation,welding) to ensure smooth execution of multi-discipline tasks. Prepare daily and weekly reports for mechanical activities, highlighting progress, delays, and resource usage. Support commissioning and start-up activities as required. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure that all team members are aware of safety and operational procedures. Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians and fitters. What are we looking for? Education: Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field. Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in mechanical supervision within industrial, Oil & Gas, or energy sector projects. Languages: Portuguese and Professional English  Technical Skills: Proven experience with rotating and static equipment, piping systems, and general mechanical maintenance or assembly Certification: HSE Training (Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training – BOSIET or equivalent). LOTO / PTW System Certification. Mechanical Rigging or Lifting Operations awareness.
