Candidate must have a strong knowledge of mechanical repairs and coating.Geographical CoverageRegional Western AustraliaLicence RequirementsTrade Certificate (Boilermaker / Welder)Construction Industry White CardDrivers Licence MSIC (or willing to obtain)Schedule 26The Site Supervisor role would need to be able to excel in the following key areas: Active and safe supervision of all activities for our site personnelLead regular toolbox talks, work and perform daily site activities and monitoring of all works undertakenSafety focus, ensuring site personnel operate to safe systems of work Assist with scheduling of employees at all stages of the worksDelegate and direct site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveryActive problem solving and creative solutions orientation is essential Delivery work safely, on time and within budget, with an expected high quality and high level of service to our clientsProven ability to successfully deliver works Applicants must have an open mind and willingness to work collaboratively, continually learn, develop and support GHS Continuous Improvement culture in a systems management environment This Role Would Suit An Individual WithMinimum 5 years supervision experienceProven track record in a similar roleSolid trade backgroundExperience with fabrication works and also mining activitiesKnowledge and experience in industry standardsSchedule 26 trainingOther AbilitiesMEM05024 Perform Welding Supervision or equivalent will be highly regardedGreat communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of productsAttention to detail Work in a team environmentGHS Group is a quality assured diversified industrial solutions provider working across regional Western Australia.
