Mechanical Tender Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Tender Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team within a leading manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality technical and commercial proposals for mechanical projects, assisting in winning tenders to drive the company's growth and success.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications for infrastructure projects.Prepare comprehensive cost estimations for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.Coordinate with internal departments (procurement, engineering, etc.) to gather data and pricing.Research and analyze current market rates.Prepare and submit competitive technical and commercial proposals.Suggest value engineering options to improve bid competitiveness.Attend clarification meetings and support negotiations as required.Maintain and update cost databases for future reference.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–5 years of experience in tendering and cost estimation for infrastructure project.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Strong understanding of:Mechanical systems in infrastructure (e.g., piping, HVAC, pump stations, utility systems).Cost estimation methodologies (materials, labor, equipment, subcontracting).Value engineering and cost-saving alternatives.BenefitsAttractive package.Life & Social & Medical insurance.Transportation provided.
