📍 On-site – Lahore, Pakistan 🕒 Full-time | Core Engineering Role | Next-Gen Automation Platform🚀 About the ProjectWe’re developing a next-generation robotic batching and mixing system that automates solid dispensing, liquid dosing, heating, and high-shear mixing — a modular, intelligent platform for chemistry-based products and small-scale manufacturing.Our earlier prototypes validated the concept. The new system advances toward full automation, embedded intelligence, and distributed control, combining mechanical precision and smart electronics into one seamless automation solution.🧠 About the RoleWe’re hiring a hands-on R&D Engineer with a background in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering to help design, build, and refine our automated platform.You’ll work closely with the founder and a small multidisciplinary team to turn ideas into working, testable systems — from CAD to control boards to real motion.This role offers exposure across both hardware design and control systems, but you’ll focus primarily on your area of expertise.⚙️ What You’ll Do🔩 If You’re More Mechanically Inclined:Design and prototype mechanical assemblies for dispensing, heating, and mixing subsystems.Create detailed 3D CAD models (SolidWorks / Onshape / Fusion 360).Build and test parts through machining, 3D printing, or sheet metal fabrication.Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and tolerance analysis for scalability.Collaborate with controls engineers to ensure motion accuracy and integration.⚡ If You’re More Electronics / Controls Focused:Develop embedded firmware for microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, or similar).Interface sensors, actuators, and motor drivers for motion and process control.Implement communication protocols (MQTT, serial, TCP/IP) for data flow.Build and test Linux-based interfaces (Raspberry Pi / Jetson / industrial PC).Support system debugging, wiring, and prototype validation.🧩 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.0–2 years of hands-on R&D, design, or embedded development.Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.Eagerness to work across mechanical and electrical domains in a fast-paced lab.Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.💡 Bonus SkillsRobotics or automation system experience.Knowledge of C/C++, MicroPython, or Linux-based development.Familiarity with CNC machining, 3D printing, or PCB design tools.Exposure to ROS / ROS2 / MQTT / Python scripting.🌍 Why Join UsBuild cutting-edge automation hardware from the ground up.Collaborate with Silicon Valley–backed engineers and founders.Experience rapid prototyping and interdisciplinary learning.Flat structure, creative freedom, and true technical ownership.📩 Interested?Send your CV, portfolio, or sample project (CAD, GitHub, or demo video) to imran@mindblazetech.com Applications are reviewed continuously — come help us build the future of intelligent automation.
