The ESC is currently looking for a Media & AV Production Coordinator for a permanent contract, CDI, as soon as possible to work at its headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France.Major duties and responsibilities: Ensures flawless evaluation, design, installation, and operation of audiovisual equipment and installations for events and meetings. Coordinates suppliers, plans logistics, and assures the quality of multimedia productions, all within allocated budgets. Contributes to the creation and production of engaging media content.In details:AV & Media Production for EventsPlan and oversee AV requirements for ESC congresses, meetings, and events.Ensure flawless production and manage logistics, setups, and real-time problem-solving.Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to guarantee exceptional delegate experiences.Travel required for on-site event support.Supplier & Stakeholder ManagementNegotiate and manage relationships with AV suppliers and service providers.Evaluate proposals and recommend solutions tailored to event-specific needs.Maintain strong connections with volunteers, partners, and staff.Ensure compliance with budgets and logistical constraints while seeking optimal solutions.Media Production & Content CreationSupport live event and multimedia production (technical direction, operations, coordination).Contribute to video capture, editing, post-production, and graphic design.Guarantee content quality, consistency, and timely delivery across platforms.Innovation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement innovative AV and media production solutions.Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate the viewer experience.Anticipate challenges and resolve issues creatively and efficiently.ProfileHard skills:Bachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum 3 years as Media and AV Coordinator or similar role.Strong understanding of AV systems, equipment, and workflows.Hands-on experience in media production, live-event staging, lighting, audio, streaming, and post-production.Soft Skills: Excellent project management, planning, and coordination abilities.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.Creative mindset and adaptability with deadlines.Other: Willingness to travel.Contract:Permanent contract based in Sophia-AntipolisFrench labour law provisionsApplication:A cover letterA CVYour availability (notice period, relocation, work permit...)Your salary expectations (gross / year)Conditions:- Executive status,- “Forfait jour” (215 days/year)- Fixed salary + 13th month and vacation bonus (1%)- Lunch vouchers- Possibility of teleworking up to 3 days a week, after two months' integration at ESC + fixed daily allowance- “Compte épargne temps”- Employee savings scheme: PERCO- CSE benefitsWho we are:The European Society of Cardiology (ESC) is a leading non-profit organisation representing over 100,000 cardiology professionals worldwide.
