Job Description: -Performance Evaluation: Collate, evaluate, and report on campaign performance and sales conversion against established KPIs, identifying trends and insights for continuous optimization -Cross-Functional Coordination: Bridge the communications between HQ Marketing team, Regional Marketing and Japan Marketing to align the key strategies and make sure the execution is aligned with the HQ requirements. -External Partner Coordination: Liaise and coordinate with external marketing agencies to guide campaign creative direction and media planning. -Media buy budget management: Manage and allocate the reasonable budget for difference marketing activities to fulfill campaign goals. Job Requirements:
-Experience of more than +5 years in the implementation of campaigns, in related positions in Advertising and Marketing companies or PIC of marketing dept. in IT devices companies. -Bachelor's Degree or above -Excellent professional level of English communications, Mandarin Chinese is a plus. -Results-oriented with strong communication and project management skills to get stuff done. -Vital and responsible, self-motivated & adaptable in the field of a fast changing and start-up environment -Passionate about technologies and consumer electronics products -Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forward.
