Guided by values of trust, respect, and continuous improvement, the Group remains one of the most agile and forward-thinking organizations in the region.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time, on-site Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for performance marketing, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. You will manage advertising budgets, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals and brand standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.Manage and allocate daily ad budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements to identify top-performing combinations.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights.Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry benchmarks.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.Prepare regular reports on campaign metrics, spend pacing, and results.Qualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital media buying and performance marketing.Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid media tools.Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and tracking platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).Based in Abu Dhabi/Dubai or willing to relocate.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field preferred.
