You’ll play a key role in driving our paid marketing performance across platforms, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring our message reaches the right audiences at the right time.If you’re analytical, results-driven, and thrive on turning data into smart ad decisions — we’d love to have you on board!What You’ll Be DoingPlan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS and performance KPIs.Conduct audience and competitor research to identify new opportunities for scaling.Test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to ensure alignment between ad strategy and visuals.Track daily spend, prepare performance reports, and share insights with the marketing team.Stay updated with platform changes, new features, and emerging trends in paid media.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying and campaign management.Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other major ad platforms.Experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for ROI.Proficient in English (Upper Intermediate or higher) for international collaboration.Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.Familiarity with tracking tools, analytics dashboards, and attribution models is a plus.Why Work With UsWe’re building something with depth and direction.
