The Relationship Management Specialist reports to Manager Relationship. He /She plays a pivotal role to execute relationship management activities, targeting to build and maintain strong relationships with licensees, providing setup and ongoing support, coordinating with relevant functions for timely delivery of incentives and agreements and facilitating local business opportunities. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Licensees Relationship Management Support prospect licensees in setting up in Media City, obtaining licenses, and becoming fully operational. Provide ongoing support to licensees, including renewing licenses and providing governmental administrative support.
Coordinate with other relevant functions to ensure that incentive offerings and agreements with licensees are delivered and executed in a timely manner. Provide ongoing support during the post-licensing journey, including leasing office space and media facilities, managing fit-outs and offering administrative services. Facilitate local business opportunities by organizing meetings and collaborations with local stakeholders. Ensure that Media City's value proposition is efficiently communicated to licensees and tenants, coordinating with other relevant functions. Support in maintaining Media City's base of licensees, including contributing to the development of retention policies and processes.
Proactively address and resolve arising issues and challenges, escalating as necessary. Collect feedback from key accounts and ensure the input is communicated to relevant functions to enhance MCQ's value proposition and licensee management practices. Assist in designing methods and processes to capture, measure and report customer experience and other customer management metrics, such as tenant satisfaction and churn analysis. Support the team in various tasks, facilitating learning and development, and fostering Media City values. Assist in other business development activities as needed, including providing input for annual planning and budgeting and collaborating in the attraction of new licensees.
Team ManagementOrganise and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner, which is consistent with operating procedures and policy. Provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to assigned team to support their overall development. Budgeting and Financial PerformanceMonitor the financial performance of a given area of activity versus budgets and ensure all activities are carried out in line with the approved guidelines, while promptly reporting on any variances to management.
Policies, Systems, Processes & ProceduresProvide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service. ReportingPrepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet MCQ and department requirements, policies and quality standards. Qualification, Experience & Skills: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communication, Marketing or a similar discipline from a reputable university. Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles in large companies, of which at least 3 years are in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities, demonstrating a strong need for effective leadership skills.
