The media team is responsible for all paid media channels and influencer campaigns, working closely with Category, E-Commerce and In-Direct teams to exceed our business objectives.About The RoleThe Media and Influencer Activation Executive holds a pivotal, hybrid role supporting all Dyson ANZ categories across both traditional and digital channels. You will own the entire content creation workflow, from creative asset briefing and copywriting to production and media dispatch. Furthermore, you will drive influencer content amplification and scheduling across our owned platforms. Key operational duties include monitoring weekly pacing, campaign delivery, and comprehensive reporting, alongside managing all purchase order creation and financial tracking.Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-Manage the end-to-end creative asset workflow, including the collection of media specifications, developing initial briefs, coordinating trafficking, securing approvals, and dispatching final, rights-compliant assets to meet launch deadlinesMaintain rigorous version control for all creative materials, media plans, copywriting, and landing pages to ensure alignment with campaign requirementsChampion best practices in funnel and asset management to ensure we deploy the strongest messaging in the right environmentsManage paid social amplification of contracted influencer content in collaboration with agency partners and internal stakeholdersSchedule and manage owned social content across Dyson ANZ social channels, utilising relevant platforms (e.g., Sprinklr, TikTok)Oversee digital attribution and tracking with media agencies, ensuring all paid media activity is properly tagged for robust tracking and reportingDrive weekly reporting schedules for NPDs (New Product Developments) and Always On activity, reviewing pacing and KPI performance with media agency partners, and circulating live campaign updatesEnsure financial process excellence by raising and tracking purchase orders (POs), reconciling campaign costs, and verifying that all invoices accurately match campaign plans and PO documentation for timely paymentCultivate strong working relationships with internal colleagues, agency contacts, and digital partners to drive excellence across Dyson ANZAssist with competitive insight tracking to inform brand health and identify innovation opportunitiesEnsure process excellence and compliance with Dyson policies, legal, and regulatory requirements, while actively championing Dyson’s values and behavioursMaintain and promote adherence to health and safety programsAbout YouYour attention to detail and ability to thrive when working at pace, while maintaining a high level of accuracy will be essential in supporting our e-commerce and commercial objectives. Your strong communication skills will enable effective collaboration with internal teams (media, marketing, e-commerce, finance) and with external partners (media agencies, media owners).
