Job Description

Purpose Lead the Media team to build content-driven growth engines for commerce. Oversee Content Factory, Performance Marketing, and other Marketing Services to ensure integrated execution that delivers both media ROI and commerce conversion.Main responsibilitiesDevelop media strategy to support commerce revenue targets (conversion-focused, not just awareness).Develop communication strategies to support commercial revenue goals (conversion focus, not just awareness).Lead and manage teams across Content Factory (Media Assets, Live, Affiliates), Performance Marketing, and Marketing Services.Design and monitor KPIs (ROI of Media → Commerce, conversion rates, O2O activations).Collaborate with the Commerce team and Ecom Ops team to ensure alignment between content, media spend, and sales performance.Optimize budget allocation across paid media, affiliate, live, and content production.Stay ahead of industry trends (short form, live streaming, affiliate commerce) and apply to campaigns.Recruit, develop, and mentor media team leaders.Qualifications7+ years in digital/media/e-commerce marketing with leadership experience.Proven achievement in performance-oriented media, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.Strong commercial mindset: able to link media investments to revenue outcomes.Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (content + paid media + affiliates).Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
